Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using ChatSched, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused unless you select a paid plan.

All intellectual property rights in the ChatSched platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, remain exclusively with ChatSched. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business operations during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer content processed through the Service. By using ChatSched, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

We aim to provide 99.5% monthly uptime for the ChatSched Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
